Welcome to FeelShare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FeelShare app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FeelShare. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise community safety.
3. Community standards
FeelShare is built on trust. When using the Service you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other members.
- Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
- Manipulate Trust Scores, reviews, or verification.
- Use the Service for spam, solicitation, or commercial promotion without permission.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access.
4. Meetups and personal safety
FeelShare helps people arrange real-world meetups, but we do not organise, supervise, or guarantee any meetup. You are responsible for your own safety and for exercising sound judgement when meeting others. Always meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, and use the Trust Score, activity details, and blocking tools available to you.
5. Trust Score and reviews
Trust Scores and reviews are community signals computed from member behaviour. You agree to submit honest reviews and not to game the system. We may adjust, withhold, or remove scores and reviews where we detect abuse.
6. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant FeelShare a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you post.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, endanger other members, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelShare is not liable for the conduct of any member or for any outcome of a meetup arranged through the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
